Our Mission

LPNs For Change, an organization of passionate Licensed Practical Nurses in Alberta, aims to raise awareness about the exploitation of LPNs and advocate for their rightful recognition as nurses. We are dedicated to informing LPNs and the Alberta public about this critical issue. By gathering petition signatures, we intend to push for changes in the legislature regarding job function analysis, reclassification, and union affiliation.
