Bargaining has ended, and with it, a new chapter begins.

Over the past months, our mission may have seemed quiet, but behind the scenes, we have been learning, building, and preparing.

Today, we are proud to share that LPNs for Change is now officially a registered non-profit organization.

We have learned a great deal since losing our appeal to the Labour Board for reclassification. We have gained knowledge, built new relationships, and connected with people who believe, as we do, that recognition must reflect the reality of our profession.

The road ahead will not be easy. Meaningful change never is.

But we are ready for the fight of our lives.

LPNs have evolved. Our profession has evolved. Recognition must follow.

This movement is bigger than any one person or one organization. It belongs to every LPN who knows their worth, every healthcare worker who believes in fairness, and every supporter who understands the value we bring to healthcare every single day.
