AHS just sent out another email trying to twist our message — painting LPNs as “demanding” or “unreasonable.” Let’s be clear: this is propaganda.

Here’s the truth 👇

We’re not asking for more than we deserve.

We’re asking for recognition, fairness, and respect for the work we already do — every shift, every patient, every time we show up holding the system together.

We’re the backbone of healthcare — the ones filling the gaps, doing complex care, managing heavy workloads, and being told to “just be grateful” while being paid and treated like we’re expendable.

We are Licensed Practical Nurses.

We are not invisible.

We are not replaceable.

And we are not staying quiet anymore.

AHS can send all the glossy emails they want — but they can’t gaslight an entire profession into silence.

We know our worth. And we’re done letting anyone rewrite our story.
