We Showed Up. We Spoke Out. We’re Not Done Yet.

Today, Alberta’s Licensed Practical Nurses showed what we’re made of.

We stood together. We raised our voices. We showed up on the strike line - not just for ourselves, but for the future of our profession.

💪 Well done, LPNs!

We didn’t get everything we hoped for, but we proved something powerful:

We are strong enough to fight for ourselves.

We are brave enough to care for ourselves. And we are united enough to demand better.

That said, we are deeply disappointed by the outcome of today’s offer. The wage gap remains huge. It falls short of the respect, recognition, and fairness we’ve been fighting for.

But this is not the end.
